Reached my target~ almost

Chinese New Year~~ everywhere placed alot of snackies and those lushly dinner.. argh.. how terrible the feeling is after you uncontrollable tossing them into your mouth.. those CALORIES!!

I always believe that even you are on diet, only control what you eat, isn't enough for you to lose weight. Balance between diet and exercise are more accurate way to lose weight. All you need is Discipline and Perseverance! ( Know what u can't eat, and plan for your exercise time!)


After cny it's time to get back on track>.<


What's my current plan?

  • Take initiative and meet new friends
  • Exercise at least 4 days a week~attend a class and treadmill.
  • Skip dinner

every monday night and wednesday night- eat a light meal then go for cardio classes and some jogging then after that go home and sleep! so normally i would skip my dinner for this 2 days only.

  • Exercise at home

Try to exercise at home especially when i feel guilty after a "good" meal. push-up,abs crunching and some crazy jumping~ :p

  • Salad fever

Add 1-2 meal only-salad with or without meat.

  • Try out Whey protein supplement

Not sure how yet.. but will be do more "survey" how to get benefit from it.



Updates : Lose another 1 kg~ *huray*~

hehe.. finally i kinda reach my ideal weight!! *celebrate*~But it is not the end and it will never be -.- i still need to lose some kgs and burn some FATS from my STOMACH/ ABS! grrr.... super duple difficult!!! ........can't i just use a knife and cut it away like how i cut the fats from chicken? .......>.<

Anyway.... Who wants KFC? ^^ i already fast it for 2 whole months larr!!! >.<
