Update on my ff progress

whoopss~ im back!



HOW'S MY LOSE WEIGHT PLAN?



well... it started off well in the first 3 months, weight decreasing then it stop there until now. Loses 8kgs...still few more kgs to go!~ if only my membership won't expired....



It almost been 4 months after i joined FF.. still find it "quite" interesting..but not like how i felt from the first few weeks.. I never touch those machines for some time already, except the treadmill..which forcefully kicking myself to run for 30-45minutes, jog,walk and run.. it actually doesn't encourage me much where you only able to lose 100+ calories with 30 minutes run;2km, which equals to a cup of milo you might consumed that morning. *sob*



So, i rather attend some favorites classes like Bodycombat and bodystep, make you workout for an hour with plenty of sweatttttsss dripping~ cardio classes are the one that motivate me to go FF in fact.. they put up updated songs/music to keep you moving for 1 hour non stop! what makes you feel good is when u feel hungry after the exercise and body aching the next day, means you have be paying off something right.



Other than cardio classes..Diet is very important.. FRIED CHICKEN is forbidden :( Less carbohydrate, less oil, less sugar, less salt, more protein, calcium, fruits and vegeeeee... so most of the time, i simply making my own simple daily breakfast&lunch. And of course, calculate the calories of the ingredient/food.



Breakfast and lunch : approx 350-500 kcals.
Dinner: 300-450kcals.
(lesser carbs, cos you won't be using much energy at night).

Kimchi soup with toufu,grass noodle & enoki mushrooms.
yes, kimchi to compensate for my favorite fried chicken. it's spicy and vegeeee~~ in research, spicy food does help burning calories. ^^



Peanut porridge and tomato chicken.


Fried rice with olive oil, tomato & egg.


Soup~ carrot,potato,enoki mushrooms & onions.





Salad with grilled tomato,potato,mushrooms, mixed bean/vege.


Sandwich; ham,salad, tomato & wholemeal bread.




Salad~ ham, salad, egg, mayonnaise with a bowl of red beans.


The rule that reminds me in having a proper meal..
