Ate lunch 2 hours before training.
Before everything, Teresa, (a very very nice& sweet lady trainer) measure my weight,height and blood pressure.
result: low blood pressure with 30% FATSSSS in the body.. got to cut down 6kgs! she said. My body only can burn 1180+ calories per day...which mean i can't eat calories exceed that amount! seems impossible lor O.o!!!!!
(i shall hide tis statement! hoho)
Training starts:
Do cycling for 10 minutes as warm up
Jogging - 1 km =1 point
2 km = 2 points
3 km = 3 points
As i have been neglected on doing exercise all the while... i just manage to jog for 2km.
4 body weight exercises:
Push-up - amount of push-up did in 30 seconds ,10 times= 1 point
Stretching- the far'est ur hand can reach your toe and stay for 30 seconds
Abdominal strength- something like push-up pose, with knee stretch straight, remain that position as long as u can.
Stability- standing with both hands and 1 leg hold up in the air and stay for 30 seconds on each leg.
Overall,..... i failed the test! LOL... my body is extremely sore on the second day. >_< my arms!!
After that, joined the YOGA class for 60 minutes! woohoo~ my 1st time..which is ZzZ.... anyway,good to experience new stuff rite? (btw, i met a humble&hardworking old lady who had took care of me in the class, heehe i'm so blessed=) )
Night -2 hours badminton
Meal~ heavy breakfast -10am
light lunch/tea -3pm
dinner less/without rice(carb) -6pm
I hope i'll PERSERVERE ON until the third month~
