Day 5

- Warm up 10minutes cycling.

- Treadmill 10minutes.

-EASY MOVES~ a cardio workout 60 minutes. Super fun & enjoyable!! although i can hardly follow the moves, even looks like a dancing crab, still i think i'll definitely join again next week!

-Body weight machine. 45minutes

-Treadmill 15 minutes.

Next aiming : 15 minutes treadmill, Easy Steps, increase sets of abdominal exercise.
