It's the 2nd personal training lesson.
Today she will teach me how to use 7 of the muscles building machine!
Machines for muscles on biceps, triceps, abdominals, legs...etc. Each of it has to do 3-4 sets of 15times each set. Hopefully i can remember all the functions of each machine... the most hard and painful one is the abdominal exercise, aiming "6packs" with different position of work out,fully using abdominal muscle/ strength. (almost wanted to CRY OUT LOUD while doing it..ROAR!! )

Then, i met aunty Esther! .. she ask one of her friend bring me to another YOGA class- the Dynamic Flow~~ "legs straight up!, 45 degrees hold! keep that position 30 seconds! You can do it! don't give up!!" instructor keep instructing. Arghh.....san fu! sweat sweat! yan yan yan!!!!!
Comes to the end, relax moment, light off and have a good sleep for few minutes~ *aunty start snorring* really hilarious
