Day 2
I wasn't thinking of going for exercise at the 1st place..as my whole body was still aching like .... But because of a long lost friend whom i hardly got the chance to meet her, says she would go together with me. And guess what, i got ffk again..(as i expected actually). Well,never mind i still went there.
Had a cycling for 10minutes warm up
Jog- aiming 2km. (not that i can reach 3km anyway).
*tried new stuff today! Walking stairs machine! (not sure what's the exact name for it) And it's not fun! taking escalator and lift as i would all the time...but not climbing stairs or hills..hmmp..not cool~
And oh, i met the humble&hardworking aunty again. she joined bodycombat! wahlao eh, which i don't even dare to put a step into the class. >_<>
