If you are a dumpling lover, hungry and tooo free at home like me, you might like to try making it yourself at home. Not too difficult, just need some patience :)
What do you need?
- Yam bean (sengkuang, 沙葛)- cut into cube
-Carrot 萝卜-sliced
-Prawn 虾- cut into small pieces
-Pork meat with fats (半肥瘦猪肉)- blended (fats are for better texture /taste of meat.)
-Dumpling skin 水饺皮..(>o< don’t know what does it call in English..)
In addition, you can also add some sliced leek 韭菜or mushroom 冬菇.
Tool to slice carrot
Cut-ed prawn, removed dirt/ whatever inside it

Blender & pork.. blend blend blend!!!
Mixed it! add spices!! salt, pepper, msg, sesame oil.
(u can try adding vinegar&wine too)
not too much…
